About Me

Professional Conference and Event Planner

With over 19 years of professional experience, primarily as a remote employee, business owner and contracted team extension, I have strategized, developed and managed full service meetings and events.  Collaborative partnerships formed over the years provide my exceptional record of experiences as proven through client and employer loyalty.

My expert skills, detail-oriented work ethics and leadership applied to all aspects of planning have created a significant impact to meet strategic goals and positive end results.

K.C. Schwarz

"I was CEO of our industry’s leading group of professional audio-visual (ProAV) integrators and Gretchen was a senior staff member at InfoComm, our industry’s leading trade association. I was a member of the organizing committee for InfoComm’s AV Executive Conference (AVEC), while Gretchen was the InfoComm leader in charge of organizing the event. Leading a group of busy, high-level executives can be a challenge. We all had our own ideas and tended to advocate “our way”. Gretchen always managed to hear everyone and then bring us back to our central purpose. As a result AVEC grew over 5 years and each year, but perhaps more important, it gained heft and reputation. Over Gretchen’s tenure AVEC transitioned from another industry event to the must-attend event for senior executives in our industry. If you need a strong team player, a consummate organizer, and a natural leader, Gretchen is a great choice!"
